Marina Brown is author of three gold-medal-winning novels, a silver-medal book of poetry, and prize-winning short stories. She was nominated for Florida Poet Laureate in 2020 and won the RPLA published Book of the Year in 2020. Brown was a professional ballet dancer, a sailor, a painter, a cellist, and traveler.
